My room was reasonably large thanks to the attentive staff. I booked a room with a nice bed, climate control, pay television, and a refrigerator. I liked the food, it was different. Location: the hotel was so close to Hakata train station and the Bus center as well as the bus terminal.

Truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay. My room included central heating, pay television, and a refrigerator. It was in a comfortable location with Ming nearby. Set in 20 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were really helpful and very very helpful. The place was near a bus stop.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a fine time. Large rooms had climate control, pay television and a refrigerator. The staff was really helpful and responsive to requests. The breakfast was awesome - good choice of dishes. The location was the best and comfy, at a medium distance from an era temple. What's more, it was very close to bus terminal and Hakata Station and the walk-over bridge to the train station. I enjoyed the hotel...

The hotel boasts a great location, mere footsteps away from the train station and public transport. With clean and basic rooms, helpful and courteous staff, and free coffee, guests can enjoy a no-fuss stay. The breakfast spread is impressive and includes various changes daily. public bath-house at the basement is well maintained and considered a great relief for long days touring.
The sound-proofing of the rooms could be better to reduce the noise from the busy street outside.

Great location, just beside the subway station, makes it easy to get around. The staff is helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, with several Japanese options available. The rooms are small but clean and well-maintained.
The rooms are very small and there is not much space to move around. The hotel can be difficult to find if you do not take the correct exit from the subway station.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was a great experience! The location was perfect - right next to the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around. I loved that there was a self-serve coffee station for free near the elevators. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s tastes. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small, even for a hotel in Japan, and the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also small and outdated.

This hotel's location is unbeatable - it's right next to the train station, making transportation super convenient. The cleanliness is spot-on and the hotel facilities are great - the Japanese-style public bath is a must-try. Staff are friendly and always willing to help.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

We chose this hotel for its convenient location near the train station, and it did not disappoint. The buffet breakfast was satisfying and had a good variety. The onsen, although a bit inconvenient for ladies, was comfortable. The rooms were clean and basic, just what we expected from a business hotel in Japan. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money.
